Not necessarily. I've seen people carve into breasts, nail them to boards, and do some other intense stuff to them and it's just fine. People who do this kind of play tend to get their breasts examined more than the average person to make sure that there is no damage that has been done that can or has become a health issue. Nine times out of ten these people are conscious of their body and know when enough is enough.

I do indulge in some intermediate breast bondage quite often and rarely come away without a bruise or several. I'm a big BIG fan of breast bondage.
