I often thought about being tied up and tying people before I was even in grade school. I have only realized in the last few years that not everyone likes playing rough or thinking about d/s situations.

I don't remember having any BDSM-related thoughts when I was much younger. I was aware of BDSM and had a vague idea of what it was, but no particular fantasies. It wasn't until more recently in my 20s that I was like, FUCK YEAH LET'S DO THIS.
