My husband and I have never done anything like this; although, we have talked about wanting to go to a club and just watch (when we are traveling). It sounds good in theory, but I don't know that we'd ever actually do it. Nothing like that exists where we live. The town is so small, I would not want to attend anything locally anyway.

I like both options, both as a top and as a bottom. Public scenes have an entirely different feel to them than private ones, and there are a few types of play (heavier blood play and a few others) that I am not comfortable indulging in public.

I've only ever done private (or, if with multiple people, in a private/home setting) play. If I had a willing partner I'd be up for exploring public settings, but it's not something I would go to alone. At least at this point in my life.

Prefer privately playing. Much more prefer that. I do not like the confines of public playing because I'm very...limited in that respect.

My husband and I have never been to a play party. We are fairly new at this. I like and would rather be private. Im pretty sure we are going to one anytime soon. There also isn't a lot of public parties where I live anyways.

I find public play parties are great! Not just for playing (though that is fun), but also for socializing and learning.

I've never been to a party, but judging on my current behaviors, I would probably be more of a private player. Maybe a light public player, to appease my boyfriend.
