Never tried a bit but I'd like to. Most seem too big to be effective to me. So I guess right now I'll go with ball gags.

I prefer a ball gag, because of how it fits in my mouth..that and they tend to be softer so that when I do grind my teeth into it doesn't hurt my teeth at all.

I've never used either, but I prefer the look of a ball gag over a bit gag.
