I've tried blood play, and blood drinking (knowing full well myself and my partner were clean)... I went through a bit of a "vampire stage." I consider knife play to be seperate to blood play, but I suppose everyone has different ideas of what they all mean... I suppose it's because you can "play with a knife" without drawing blood. Hmn.
(Slightly off topic, but I love reading everyone's comments. They're so interesting and insightful)

I read pretty much everyone's comments too hehe even if I don't respond to them ;-; ...
Back on topic. I agree knife play, the idea of it anyway is extremely exciting to me although I've never had a partner willing to try it. I would also consider it separate from blood play, as in blood play it is just the means to an end rather than the device which causes arousal itself. ;3 although I can see how they could overlap as well hehe
