Extremely easily. I'm quite pale as well, so even slight bumps and knocks can leave marks. I have a lovely deep purple bruise the size of my palm on my thigh that I have nooo idea how I acquired.

I am in good shape and I don't bruise easily. I think the two might be related.

I've always bruised easily, and I'm super pale, so it really shows. Then, I started Coumadin therapy about 10 years ago. I think that stopped me from doing much in the BDSM category, though I was still very much interested. My doctor has recently downgraded me to aspirin therapy, so I feel more free to play.

Anyway, yes. I bruise. Horribly. My husband and I are very careful to keep play where bruises can be hidden, since our families don't know about my kink, and are far too conservative to be supportive.

No I don't and I hate it, because I would love to have marks after a good beating, but it would take a lot more pain than I can handle to bruise me.
