The tweezer clamps are actually fairly comfortable, and it's easy to adjust them to how tight you want them.

They don't hurt. The tension is completely adjustable. The bell clamps are actually my favorite because the noise they make is so soft and quiet and ...cute, really, when made from any gentle swaying.

Tweeter clamps are not bad you have to like pinching of you nipples and as long as they have the padding on the tips you should be good. Never tried the bells I have to ask "Dear" to get some.

Great question! I have often wondered the same thing since my nips are SUPER sensitive. I'm not a huge fan of the look of them though
