But on the whole I don't think it's the wording that makes it difficult to get enjoyment out of it.

Any mention of Grandma in general ruined it for me. Award or not.

Now, if your joke was: If you were on a (desserted) island with a hot grandma

Two reasons - one, too long winded. Two, I've actually met people who practice dry-sex (the couple was fluid-bonded, of course).
