A fair amount of my friends know, the ones who would be comfortable with me. My family doesn't but they don't care much for my partner anyway so there is no reason to be open with them about it.

My close friends know I'm kinky, but they don't know my most extreme kinks. I'd never tell my family, although they might have guessed, considering my daily wardrobe occasionally involves leather skirts and handcuff necklaces.
