I'm finally in a relationship with somone I feel comfortable expressing my kinkier side with.
It has been liberating.

I've been into the lifestyle for about 6 years now, but it wasn't anything other then just restraints, so I don't really count the first 3 years. Going past restraints, it's been about 3 years now. :3

I'm just starting; a recent relationship introduced me to it for real, it was just an unexplored curiosity before that. However, I can say I don't plan on giving up on this. I was always underwhelmed with 'normal' sex to the point that after my first sexual relationship it wasn't a priority of mine (I'd get some urges but it never satisfied, relationships were more about nonsexual connections w/ some sex for their sake). Now I'm always happy playing out fantasies.

Well I've been doing self bondage in some form since I was about 5 but I didn't really get into the more sexual side of BDSM (or even realize there was more to it than just enjoying being tied up) until I was about 15.
I remember a few times when I was like 14 I almost got caught in pretty much full body bondage by my aunt...lord was that ever embarrassing. x_x
So I'd say as far as experience level goes maybe 8-9 years?
I'm pretty new to the whole community aspect of it though, honestly until I started looking at kinky porn pictures online and going on sites like Collarme, I was pretty sure hardly anyone was into it and that I was a total freak. But meeting a few really nice friends on FetLife and in the chat on this game I used to play really helped erase that thought from my mind. =)
