Have you ever turned someone from vanilla to kinky?

I've tried quite a number of times with no success. I think people have to have an inclination to be kinky. If that's not there, turning won't work. I had some at least attempt for me, but it ended up feeling lackluster. When you can tell someone isn't into it, it really messes up the mood.

You're not "turning" them, per se, just bringing out inclinations and desires they already have that they may not have acted on, introducing them to ideas or the lifestyle. At most, someone might not realize their tendencies or might have never been exposed to kink before so they don't realize it turns them on, but if the latent desire isn't there, they'll never embrace it. my Miss has always had fantasies or been turned on by the idea. She watched BDSM porn and read erotica but never actually acted on it. i introduced Her to the lifestyle and community and opportunities to learn and She had her first experiences with me but i didn't "turn" her kinky. She may have only had mostly vanilla sex before me but She was always kinky.
