I'm looking to get into nipple play because I've always been all "Show Me Your Teeth" (Gaga) with fooling in past. For those who are more experienced in such things, how long is it safe to leave on a suction product like the Fashionistas Nipple Suckers? What should I be cautious of? Also, just a wuss question, how appropriate are these for an absolute nipple play beginner? Would anyone recommend a more appropriate product (either in quality or for my beginner's status)? I just don't want to go too weak and get nothing out of it.

I'm not a doctor or anything, but I've read that 30 min is the max you should have something constricting blood flow, like the rings or nipple clamps.
