If you use velcro restraints with a partner, do you worry about how loud it is to pull apart, like someone you live with asking why they can hear velcro all the time ;), or do you not really care?

My partner and I often use velcro handcuffs. I worry about the loud noise they make, but he doesn't seem to care, and doesn't think his roommate thinks anything of it even though he can likely hear the sound of the velcro.

I'm curious about if other people worry about someone hearing it or not besides me.

I was thrown off by the new poll format and can't edit it [just the title])

Nope, since the walls are thick enough

I live alone, so I don't give a damn if my annoying neighbors hear it. Maybe they'll finally make their kids play outside after hearing sexy-time noises. (constant ball-hitting-the wall type of playing, it makes me stabby)

That's probably the quietest sound when we're using them - it's not something we worry about.

velcro is a noise that doesn't really travel well in most cases.

I had not worried about that before, but I definitely will now.

No, the sound from the Velcro would be the least of our worries. We tend to get a bit loud at times.

We're the same way. Velcro isn't the loudest noise either. After the doors are shut, we're the only thing that can really be heard.

I worry more about the sound of a vibrator than the sound of restraints.

omg...not worried about the sound, but i have the under bed restraints and we forgot to tuck them back in and my mom came over, and accidentally stepped on it when she came to talk to me in my room and just looked down weird, and then kept talking to me...this poll made me think of that...i still wonder whether she was like "wtf?" or ...ooo..i want some of those....lmfao
