My husband and I have just started with a few rules to bring our BDSM play up a level. Beofre work and on my days off I now have to call my husband and ask whether or not I can wear panties. Today is the first day he has said I can't, after a week of this new rule. Its driving me a little crazy sitting in my meetings with no panties.
Just wanted to know what other rules, conditions, etc other use.

There are a lot, it depends on things you are into. Say for instance one of my rules is that I have to ask permission to be able to cum, unless otherwise given permission.

Or on Saturdays, I have to wear my kegal balls. Work or no Work.

We are doing something similar where on my days off when my husband is at work (Wednesdays and Saturdays) I have to ring him and ask if I am allowed to masturbate and how many times
