I like that this flogger can inflict lots of pain and potentially scratch the skin. Any suggestions for using it safely (appropriate aftercare, cleaning between uses, etc.)?

There are 13 reviews on this, reading them should be able to answer any questions you may have

I read several, I was just hoping for a discussion. Thanks!

Reading reviews should help you answer your curiosity, but this flogger will definitely do more than scratch the skin.

I was at an event recently where someone had one of these, and it drew blood. This has been mentioned in the reviews, but that's my only personal experience, since I don't own one (yet).

I usually waterproof all my leather items, and if we have something that comes into contact with body fluids (which this will, since it can break the skin) it's not shared with other partners. So, once I have one of these it'll be for me only.

I agree on not sharing this one just in case you use it hard enough to draw blood. I don't have it yet but I'm hoping to grab one soon!

As mentioned earlier, it varies from scratching to drawing blood.

Would also not share this.

Yeah I just dont feel like you could clean this well enough to share with it able to draw blood

Can anyone that owns this tell me if the barbs have softened at all with use?

I'd love to purchase this, but I am afraid it may be just a little beyond our comfort zone. Is there a way to soften the barbs so they are not so pointy and sharp?
