we do this occasionally.. him mostly to me. i'm not really into the spitting on my face, but we've done it. he usually spits into my mouth and then kisses me. it's something we do often in our play

Spitting itself is not disgusting to me. But I have previous associations. It's a sign of disrespect and hatred to me, so I would never want my partner to spit on me, and I would feel bad spitting on them.
Perhaps I may get past that, but I do not think I could as it is an anger trigger for me.

The ides has always turned me off, but that's my own thing. Other bodily fluids are fine, but spit just doesn't do it for me.
