What is your favourite type of "punishment"

It depends. I love being spanked. I am a serious spanko and can't get enough, but I also like name calling, hair pulling, forced to perform etc... at the right moment. Today, I was told to sit and do nothing until he got home (45 minutes later). I am the world's worst liar and he always knows if I am telling the truth or not (d&^%$ it). I hate when he does that. I sit there thinking about the 500 things that I could be doing and it drives me nuts. He knows this.

Also, my partner and I are of the opinion that a punishment is not something to be enjoyed.

When we're punishing our pet, we use a toy that we know she hates.

I like being pushed down and forced into things. Obviously, this is agreed upon beforehand and planned completely.

I don't like any punishments. That's why they're punishments. lol I do like being spanked and such, so that doesn't tend to work much as a punishment for me. He does have a cane that's reserved for punishment purposes, but I've never done anything bad enough to warrant it.

I don't like punishments. When I do something wrong, he specificly picks something I do not like. This is typically more of the pain play things like spanking or using a paddle.
