Well, at the moment, Sir and I are still in the discussion period for our final, solid safeword; but for the play we do now, our temporary safeword is "TACO". Yes, I know, silly, right? But it's so random and such--that's the point, right? Haha. Came up with it because it was a Gir(Invader Zim!!) quote that my Master often would burst out with.

With my ex I adopted his, "Cantaloupe". However with M, we've been using the traffic light system since I safeword a lot and he needs something more descriptive than just one word to stop everything.

Pomegranate

We picked "toaster" as our safe word but more commonly use the red/yellow/green light system. Mostly when it's just my husband and I we just talk things over during play which kind of negates the need for a safe word but it's there just in case.
