I'm going to go with "NO!" on this one.
Putting anyone into bondage without their consent is just wrong. If you've already talked with him, and he is strongly opposed to trying bondage, that is your answer.

I'm going to agree with MissMori on this one. I don't think it's funny, or a good idea at all to restrain someone who you know is not into it against their wishes. It's a bad idea all around that will cause you all kinds of trouble.
