All of these need to be considered, because strap-on play is different. You need to make sure that you position the dildo so that you get stimulation, and perhaps consider working in a way to increase your stimulation through a vibrator or one of the double dildos.

I know this post is a little late but I just registered. My wife uses the WeVibe 2 while wearing the harness. We have the Joque model not the Theo but it should not make a differnce. My wife is able to have multiple orgasms and has never complained that it hurt her pelvis area even during rough play. The WeVibe is a little expensive but in our opinion well worth it! Hope this helps!

The Vixen dildos are really the only ones that have a deep enough pocket to use in a harness with a vibrator. You can slide a bullet (or another toy such as N2's suggestion of a WeVibe) down near her clit to give some more stimulation, and it helps if you play with the harness position to put the base of the dildo over her clit.

Some of you mentioned the pelvis problem (hurts while getting wild)
Doesn't the we vibe also hurts when thrusting??
About the dildo, we plan on vixen woody, we had the leo
but the bullet vibe does not disappear in the hole in the base
so this hurts to much

Yep, try lowering the harness so part of the dildo base rubs over your clit. Sometimes your control goes down as the dildo gets lower, so this may be a balancing game.
You can also try putting a short dildo or plug (strong, stif bases are better) inside you and trying to configure the harness so it presses against the base and causes the dildo/plug to wiggle around inside you.
