You need to go slow - think of all the possible taboos that it breaks - anal play, what guys do, what girls do...
I wouldn't bring it up until she's comfortable with the idea of toys and anal play going either way (with both her and you receiving and giving). Until she's comfortable with both of those pegging is probably too many things at once.
You also need to be able to trust the person you're intimate with.
