I would be very careful. Glass does not have any flexibility. Your colon is curved. I would be very careful not to bruise the colon if using a glass dildo.

I would not advise using a glass dildo in a harness. The stiff nature of glass, the fact that it's a heavy toy and therefore has more inertia, and the fact that harness use gives up a lot of control of the dildo means that it is much more likely to be uncomfortable or dangerous. Save the glass for handheld fun and get a nice silicone toy for the harness.
