Best door cuff option for short people?

I'm 5'2"/5'3"ish and my partner is somewhere around 5'6"/5'7". We're concerned that door jam cuffs (not the deluxe kind, the 2nd option), which I read in another post didn't have adjustments, may not work for us. This also makes me worry that the "adjustable" ones won't actually adjust that much. Are there other shorties who have used these products who could indicate which is the best, or what all would work for these heights on a regular sized closet or bedroom door? I've also included a sling that has a similar concept.
