I prefer silicone since most silicone covered toys are vibrators where as glass toys are not. and, I prefer vibrators over dildos.

I prefer glass just because it's super easier to clean and does not retain smells. I also prefer glass because there is little give to it, so it's harder on your body which for someone like me (I love pain) is very enjoyable.
