Yeeeaaah, I think just about every state in the U.S. is sweating. It's miserably hot and humid here in the South too.

(For any non-Americans, the South proper consists of the south-eastern corner of the U.S., not the central or western. And yes, it's very hot here. Icky.)

I, being a belle also, as I like to fancy myself (I'm from NC), define the South as VA, WV, NC, SC, TENN, GA, ALA, MISS, LA, & parts of FLA & TX.

Happy belated birthday to all July babies, crab and lion alike! Hope everyone had a wonderful time on their bdays and got lots of pressies! Thank you folks!

You should definitely have strippers involved. Strippers, shots, liquor-soaked fruit (what's that nonsense called again?), & sex. Or sex toys. Or both. Both, both is better! \o/ Hope you have a great 21st! It should definitely be memorable, regardless of what's involved, imho.

Hm, that's an interesting list. Mine isn't quite the same. I don't consider VA or WV as the south, probably because of their interesting positions in the Civil War as being different from the rest of the south. And I only conceed that the northern panhandle of FL is the south and the rest is just tourist/retirement/Cen tral American territory. And Texas is just Texas. It's its own Midwestern culture that's different from the "good ol' south".

But speaking of states and their weird regional cultures: What category is Kentucky? It's such an oddball lol.
