I've been talking about this forever! Hope we can do this, it will be so cool.

Sorry, I missed another meeting. I have been wanting to attend, but something always comes up. Tonight my son is puking and I'm playing nurse.

Maybe next time.

I have thought about one on modifying, but really all I can come up with is how to change bullets from one controller to another or adding more batteries. The problem is I would feel bad if something were to happen to them.

As far as the fire thing, all they have to do is watch my video on Better Sex Essentials lube.

I like this idea. That way the people who were unable to attend ( or late ) will be able to get a good summary without having to read the million and one posts on the thread.
That would be cool, cause that is what I'm doing right now, reading through all the posts because my son was sick. I always miss stuff here. My life is just too hectic and unpredictable. I guess having a two year old will do that! lol

I have posted in the forums about the idea of hosting EF parties and have seen others post about them as well. It would be super cool. The Fantasy parties I have been to are horrible. They push jelly and rubber toys and give no education on material safety or care and maintenance. I think these parties are a great idea to educate people on safety in all areas of sex play and toy use. I would love to educate people and open their eyes to all the benefits of different types of stimulation. For instance, I know women who STILL do not know where the g-spot is, and have never had an orgasm from anything but clitoral stimulation. Also, men who do not know about the p-spot or still feel ashamed about using toys in general. Not to mention the fact that they don't know about their partners potential spots and how to go about finding them.

Also, the parties I have been to usually cater only to straight women. I not only want to bring include men, but my gay and bi friends of both genders as well. There is so much I want to share!

I have lots of ideas on this and can't wait to host a party. I had been planning on doing it anyway on my own, just showing people the site, showing off my toys, talking, educating, and demonstrating. I already do these things to my friends whenever I get the chance, but it would be fun to get us all together and have a naughty party.

Ok, so I would TOTALLY hold a sex toy party sponsored by EF. I already pimp this site and all my material/toy-use knowledge to anyone who will listen.
Me as well!

Hehehe it's hard to drag us away from EF socializing!

And Maiden, I think it's such an important idea you bring up about opening those kinds of parties to people of all gender expressions and orientations!!!

The party idea has been around for a long time. It's a tricky endeavor. We don't really want to start a new business, or a pyramid scheme. So at the moment we have a number of ideas we are pitching around with BBW Talks Toys. Every party would be different, but I think that focusing more on education and community along with a possible affiliate tie-in, is a good foundation for planning. Anyone that has some ideas or would like to be a part of the brainstorming process for parties, just email me at gary@edenfantasys.com subject line 'eden parties'

Yeah, I don't want to make money or anything, I just want to educate my friends and anyone else who will listen. They go to these parties and spend so much money on junk that is not safe and that won't last. I was one of them before I found EF. I spent $75 on a JELLY rabbit style vibe that broke after a few uses. I got horrible reoccurring bacterial infections and didn't know the importance of lube. I was so clueless! lol

Obviously, there are some people who won't do it if they aren't getting any financial compensation for being a party affiliate, and there will be people lining up to educate people regardless of compensation. I hope that the way that I pitched the idea caters to both. It's not meant to be a new full-time job like selling Pampered Chef or joining Pure Romance or whatever... where an affiliate can make "200-500" a party! This is something that an affiliate would participate in if they a) have some people interested in learning more, and b) want to make a couple of bucks, but not looking to replace a full-time job!

Well, I read a review the other day where someone was advocating using water or saliva to use a jelly/rubber anal toy. Then my best friend tells me her vibrator is made of some kind of "realistic" jelly composite material. Another friend's hubs has a Fleshlight that he doesn't powder (which I know is not necessary, but WOW does it preserve it better. Friends who are afraid of anal and oral sex (or don't know how to do it well).

And we were all new to this once, but how much more freeing would it be to go to a website like EF and actually know:

1) what you want
2) what to look for
3) what would be best

Exactly! Just getting my friends to check out EF has opened them up to try new things. Just pointing them in the right direction helps so much. The parties would just be a fun way to actually show them some products and be able to answer questions or at least show them where on EF they can find the info they need.

I'm surprised you found people saying those things on this site! Yes, we need to spread awareness and correct information! I'm totally backing you up on this!

To her defense, she's a total noob, and this (EF AND toys in general) is all new to her. I corrected her and offered her my help in the future (and probably recommended the mentor program). She expressed that she was new to all this. She bought a toy and just used what she'd thought was supposed to be used! I mean, I'm not expert in anal because I just bought my first plug and it ain't even here yet! But my husband likes p-spot stim and I know that if we don't use loads of lube... it's just plain not going in!

I also read a blog called, and I LOVE this blog, Christian Nymphos... because I'm a Christian (but not the "I'll condemn you to Hell" kind... hopefully that is obvious) and let me tell you.... Christian women have such shame about sex because of the "church's" sex-bad campaign. But anyway (bunny trail) they were instructing women on toys to use for anal stim, but were not giving any precautionary measures about material safety and sanitation. Not because they want anyone to get infections... they just don't always know!

Disclaimer: "Ain't" was for dramatic purposes.... I know how to speak proper English

Hehehe her defense is that she's a noob. I love it.

And yeah, religious fundamentalists of any kind tend to breed shame. It's, well, a shame. From my experience, the Catholics are the worst shame-instilling people. (Not all of them, just the traditional/orthodox/f undamentalist kind.)

And don't worry about the word "ain't" because I'm southern and use it all the time! And it's officially a word now, anyways!

I'm southern too. I said "We're hunkering down" (for this craptastic snow) and "I reckon y'all..." the other day and I got some weird looks.... ahhhh... the midwest.

I you so much!

My favorite phrases include:

"I'll just take a gander at it."

"That big ol' {insert noun here}."

"Bless your heart."

"It's over yonder."

I use them all. Oh I love the south (in some ways more than others).
