When you cook, are there any flavors or spices you find yourself using more often than others? Personally I know I tend to use lots of garlic, basil, and rosemary in a lot of the things I make. Do you have any preferences? Or if you don't cook, do you know someone who does have certain spice preferences?

I always tend to grab the cayenne pepper or any other spices that will make my dish spicy.

I use lots of onions and garlic for main dishes and cinnamon and/or vanilla for desserts.
