Tilapia will work too! This recipe is for a whole fish, but you can make it work just as well with filets.

More grilling. Thats about it. I still cook lots of soup and stuff during the summer heat.

I typically start eating fresh fruits and vegetables in the summer and avoiding anything that requires high oven temps.

For sure! I'm in SoCal and now all the strawberries are coming in alongside nectarines. I get so excited this time of year.

I luck out there, fruit and veggies are in season and cheap year round here in california. You can buy a ton for little cost.
