Now for the more fun and personal trivia questions!

I really want to see how you celebrate your favorite countries, or countries of national origin.

And since Pita Bread is so very versatile, let's combine them.

Three gift cards will be assigned randomly (using Excel) to people who give me An idea of what you would fill pita with to celebrate your favorite country, and which country your idea is for.

Italy--charcuterie, such as salami, mortadella, sopraseta, etc., mozzarella, basil, tomato, and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar. MMMM my mouth is watering just thinking about it!

Mmmm... I would fill my pita with sauerkraut, bratwurst, spicy German mustard, and a drizzle of brown gravy, to celebrate Germany!

Hmmm this is totally American, but I wonder how a Philly steak and cheese would taste in pita bread.

Just good, lean roast beef and peppers and all that jazz with a nice smoked provolone...sounds yummy to me.

I'd probably fill it with kimichi and kalbi, or maybe even make it into a giant kimbap, since I love Korea. ^-^ Hwaiting!

An American Pita Idea would have to be using a pta for hamburger buns.
