I have never made a curry dish before, but I have always wanted to. I'm curious to see what others come up with!

I always use Golden Curry mild curry blocks, since I can't afford a lot of spices. It's my favorite brand to use, having had my dad cook his way through many brands looking for the perfect one, so that's a good start.

I use leftover pork from a roast, boil some diced potatoes, onions, and carrots with the pork, cubed up, in the water with them, then add pieces of the curry block until it reaches the desired flavor strength and thickness.

I like Chicken Tikka Massalas, but I can never make it taste like the restaurant ones.

I buy Patak's bottled curry pastes to whip up all my curry dishes, they're available in a lot of supermarkets and online. Check out the link, there are many different curry recipes, and they're very easy to prepare.
