Drilling the hole is pretty straight forward but please be careful. There is no good way to hold the dildo except in your hand so use some caution while drilling the hole. Hold the drill straight up and down and only use a small bit of pressure. I found the silicone wanted to grab the drill bit and suck it in so not much effort will be needed. Just let the bit feed into the dildo an inch or so and pull it back out while keeping the drill running. This will draw the shavings out and make drilling the silicone easier.
Continue the in and out drilling until the bit goes all the way through. I found that a high speed of rotation of the bit worked the best with silicone. Once again, be mindful of the surface you have the dildo sitting on, a scrap piece of wood would be ideal.

It also helps to get the size of the hole more exact; the silicone will expand a bit while drilling. This is also why you can get a drill bit the same size as the tubing.

If I were to do it I would just use it on the base. The thing is, unless you have silicone tubing you will not be able to boil it if needed/wanted. Pretty much why I won't be doing it.

Now that you have the hole drilled in the dildo you can wash the dildo however you like, you will at least want to rinse the hole out to get any shavings out. If by chance you have an air compressor you can blow the shavings out too. Once clean you can take your stiff wire and feed it through the hole. Once through use a pair of pliers and make a small loop in the end. You will want to bend the loop to the side like this
Now take the tubing and put it in the loop, put the loop about two inches down from the end of the tubing. Take your pliers and crimp the loop down onto the tubing.
If found it much easier to pull the tubing through the dildo with the help of some lube, so apply some lube to the hole and tubing. Of course since this is a silicone dildo I used water based lube.

Now that the tubing is in you can cut the tubing flush with the dildo. I just used a pair of scissors but a sharp knife would work too.
After you have cut it flush you may want to push the tubing in just a bit, if you are using fish tank tubing the end may be rough and could cause some irritation or even pain. Best to be safe, eh?

Looking through the threads I found one that asked what kind of lube or fluid to use for a more realistic visual effect. There were a few suggestions like Bad Dragon’s Cum Lube, Liquid Silk, condensed milk and even a recipe using egg whites, condensed milk and salt.
Not sure about the last one. lol
I think I’ll just stick to regular lube thanks! Whatever you chose to use make sure it is not too thick. I did use Maximus and it worked for slow squirting but when I tried to give a big squirt the tube came off the syringe.
