Drilling the hole for a bullet is done pretty much the same way, although we are using a bigger drill bit to accommodate the bigger bullet. As such, a bit more care will be needed; using the toilet paper roll here will certainly help protect you. Below is a picture showing my dildo (Tantus Acute), bullet of choice and the drill bit.
You will notice that this is not a standard drill bit, eh? This is a specialty bit designed for boring holes in wood but the design makes it great for drilling in silicone. Here you can see a close up of the tip-
The yellow lines show the three cutting edges on the one side, most bits only have one edge. The screw like point draws it into the material so less force is needed.

Clean out the hole with water (Or an air compressor if you have one) and wash it good. You are now ready to insert your bullet. You will find the fit to be pretty tight so a dab of lube or some cornstarch will help to get it out later. Since the silicone of the Acute is pretty soft I can squeeze the bullet out pretty easy so not much lube is needed. Also, if you can squeeze the dildo before inserting the bullet it will create a bit of suction to hold it in. If not you will need to hold the bullet in and squeeze the toy to get the air out, otherwise it will just slide back out from the pressure.
Here you can see my bullet in the Acute. You could drill the hole deeper if say you wanted to wear it in a harness.
This one shows one of my favorite vibes inserted. This vibe is quite a bit longer so I drilled the hole deeper.

So Tim, how close to the edges of the Dildo did you get with the drilling for the bullet. Do you think this weakend the dido for use without the bullet.

With the Acute, yes it did. The silicone is pretty soft to begin with so it just made it that much softer. Using a harder silicone would be better if that is a concern. You could also just make a plug of sorts if you wanted, maybe a wood dowel would work good.
If the opening of the hole is rough, could you use sandpaper for it and what type would be best?
A sharp razor blade will work the best (Not everyone can get a scalpel), sand paper may work but chances are you will rough up more than just the hole.

So far, just the two. I am tossing around adding the tubing to my VixSkin Randy and a vibe to my O2 Cush. I think with the Cush I will want a curved vibe and drill the hole all the way to the top. The lack of curve is my only issue with the Cush.
