Thanks, Kayla! I'm really excited to be here for the whole thing today. For me, I started blogging because I was really interested in sexual health and I wanted to share my experiences in the SF kink community with people who cared. Since then I've been doing toy reviews but I'm trying to be inspired to write some more informational articles as well both for my blog and now for the Eden Kink club. I generally write for an audience who is at least mildly interested in sex and maybe even some kinky sex

I started blogging to journal our homeschooling for family, and connect with other homeschoolers, and then I began to branch out into the review world and finally found Eden so I made my own adult themed blog.

I write mostly for myself hoping people like it.

I write my blog (very sparsely) as a way to share general product reviews with anybody who might be stumbling across the internet looking for them. So far they haven't been on anything big, but I write them because I enjoy writing them, not because I'm looking for sponsors. Maybe one day when I'm down to one job I'll have enough time to keep up on general reviews, lol.

Haha. That's a hard step. I suggest going the free route first. Some people find that blogging just isn't for them.

Yeah, it's a tough one. I decided to start on Wordpress.com (but I've heard a few issues lately with new sex blogs being shut down) and then I got my own domain name and hosting a few months ago. I wanted to gauge things first to make sure I didn't waste my money. It had it's pro's and con's.

Pro: Found out people liked what I had to say, Con: getting all the links into my site changed over to the new domain and stuff like that. It's nice though because I got some really cheap hosting (I believe Kayla's hosted by the same person I am).

I am still in the baby stages, just started it and with the kids all doing their award banquets and school getting out I am dragging ass.

Kinky sex is awesome! Writing for EdenKink would be great as then you can educate people. Always good to do research first, though. What do you use to make sure you get the right information before writing an article?

I just bought a domain today! Am so excited to get it all prettied up and ready to use...the only downside to it is that I had my old blog just starting to get good traffic. Boo.

Blogging about homeschooling would be neat! It's amazing how many blogging communities are out there. How's the adult blog coming along?

Yeah; you work way too much! I think review blogs are neat just because I like to look for reviews before I buy stuff, so I imagine people do the same thing, and it's good to have honest opinions out there.

My hair was down to my butt up until I was about 10. I've gone back and forth from a super short bob (long in the front and spikey in the back) to partway down my back for the last 10 years.

I learned a lot in the two sexual health courses I took in school, so I usually consult my textbook, the Good Vibrations Guide to Sex, and any other kink-related books I have around. Often I consult articles others have written as well to see if something is a proven fact or a debated opinion at the moment. Finally, I try and make it clear when something is my opinion and I'm not out to tell anyone exactly how to do everything

It is a bit nerve-wracking though, hoping I didn't screw something up.
