I'm on facebook as well, but it's tied to so many different things. Is that okay, I don't feel like creating a new Facebook for every persona, especially since I don't use it that often! What do you guys think? Is that confusing, or just fine?

I use twitter and facebook as ways to promote my blog. I have an 'adult only' version of my FB and Twitter for this, as family are on my normal ones.

I'd look at pretty shoes. And you in lingerie! I love seeing how lingerie fits "real" people rather than just models.

my whole thing with my grits site is that I just want to help people get all the hits that I can to their site I guess i never thought as myself as a directory!

Yeah; I do too. I get a ton of sex-related e-mails, but all of my personal ones are just newsletters from clothes stores. I'm pretty boring ilke that.

I'd avoid putting too much into Facebook pages as Facebook really doesn't like adult content much.

if your blog has the feature add subscribe by e-mail as well, I know for me and some of my friends e-mail is the easiest way for us to keep up on every blog we love.

I have just one, I don't get very graphic as my two oldest are on there but my IRL friends know that I am on here.

Well, if you make a list of reviewers and reviews, I'd definitely call you a resource.

Yeah, it's funny because so far I've been really lucky with wordpress.com and facebook not having any issues. Weirdly enough, the one site that had problems was Alexa - I had a review that they still haven't managed to put through because it was screened for "language", i.e. saying I had a sex blog.

I happen to have a few reviews coming out shortly for lingerie that include pictures. Look for the lime green underwear!

I'd dislike if I got e-mails to my e-mail account. I keep up through Google Reader with my favorite blogs. I hadn't even considered e-mailing my posts out though!

I know! I have thought about doing pictures of lingerie in my reviews. i learned how to upload on flickr today for the chef challenge...pats self on back lol!

Ugh. That's no fun. I didn't know Alexa censored reviews like that. I just wrote a couple the other day for the first time.

The last thing I have for you is to try and be search-engine friendly. Depending on what you write, this may or may not be a big issue. For a review site, no one is going to find your website if you aren't listed on Google, and they won't see your reviews. However, if you normally just post about personal posts and aren't probably going to be a popular Google search term, then this may not be a big of deal. Learning about PageRank and Alexa will help you increase your search engine ranking which, in turn, helps you get listed higher on search engines which, in turn, makes it more likely that searchers will click on your link! We'll be learning about PageRank and Alexa in future blogger meetings!

Are you worried about getting listed on search engines? Do you feel this is important to your blog?

I've got a whole big rack of shoes, and then some hanging behind my door, and then some in the closet, and then some downstairs... I'm horrible! Although I am starting to go through and get rid of the ones I don't wear.

Yeah, I started realizing people liked getting blog updates by e-mail so I added that function in FeedBurner. I personally get people's RSS feeds delivered into Thunderbird so I can read it at the same time as my regular e-mail.
