People who drink and drive should rot in hell.

I don't know if it is the final loss that scares me. I think forgetting everything scares me the most.

And thank-you! I am glad you have no idea how to feel for the ending. That is exactly as I was going for. Hope to those who do beleive, finality for those who don't. And left open enough for those who have no idea.

Thank you everyone! Good point, Airen! I'm going to add that to the review I just wrote for the dildo I used with it. Have a good night everyone.

No I a at peace even though it hurts. I know the pain I would have to endure wouldn't be worth saying goodbye, if that makes sense. Besides I'll see them again eventually, I truly believe that.

Good. I hadn't spoken to my father for a year before he died. The only person who knows this is my mother. I mourned for my "dad" years and years ago, and felt really nothing when I was told my "father" had died. To me there is a huge difference- even though it is the same man- between a father and a dad.

It hurts. But I have no regrets.

OK so I wrote the next installment in the Alex and his Lady series (for lack of a better title) was anyone surprised at the twist the story took?

I don't have quite that many tattoos now, and I'm not sure I ever will, but I can still identify with it all the same. People seem very surprised by how traditional I am. Like my wedding. My hair was long and brown and I wore a simple white dress and had a ceremony and a reception. I heard later on that some members of my family only went to see what color my hair would be. I was like, really?

That is exactly how I feel...I mourned for the loss of my dad to a bottle of beer this is just the final result I guess you could say.

It takes forever for the blog to load, but who ever is the poet this month, my hat off to you!!!

I love how your imagery could be raunchy, dark, light, hopeful and even sad. It all depended on how the reader is feeling that moment that they read it.

I get that a lot too. I've twelve tattoos, and no one can beleive that I have that many as I seem so clean cut.

But I think of it like this. I might look clean cut. But that is just the surface. Under it all I wear the funkyest knickers you ever did see.

Lol right! Aside from my purple hair and facial piercings, I mean you'd never be able to tell. And even when my side piece spills up and over my arm, I'll still be able to cover it fairly easily.

lol...wow sounds like my family...Im only at 15 right now and I love them all and took a lot of time in deciding before I got them. I get that whole thing about what would if I do if my daughter wanted one...Its kind of funny because she hated tattoos until like my 8th one and we talk maturely about them and I let my former artist talk to her about them and he answered all her questions helping her to understand them more...

By now I think my family accepts that I am just me and they don't pay any mind. But at the same time they are extremely hard on me if that makes sense. My mom thinks its beautiful one minute but the look she gives me in regards to them has brought me to tears...

Antipova? Truly I think you should be counselling teenagers! Your piece was so very pointed and so very timeless. It seems that the moment we stop thinking about what it means to be an adult we become one. I love how you went from a communist to an obectivist! Priceless but to be honest I would have celebrated that facet of you at east you were thinking. Reminds me of my sweet and thoughtful oldest daughter.

My dad keeps offering to have mine removed for me... as in actually saying he will pay for laser removal.

I'm always puzzled---I mean, sure, if I didn't have it I wouldn't go get a new one tomorrow. But if someone was handing me $5000, I would not spend it on laser tattoo removal. I can't take his offer in good conscience, either, obviously. It kind of hurts that he's brought it up almost yearly, though.

Thank you Airen for that...in my head I am all over the place but writing in the Eden realm has made me feel so calm and comfortable when it comes to my writing. It has brought back that feeling I had when I first started writing. All of me, in whatever literary form I choose to write in, is accepted here and it means a lot.

LOL!! I laughed when I read Antipova's peice. I could relate in so many different ways. The more I read, the more I became, the more I wanted to know. It was only when I stopped and experienced did I actually learn.

LOL I think it's in the parent's manual to hit where it hurts. I get the whole "what if your daughter becomes promiscuous because you have two men in your life?" and even "How will you feel when your daughter does to you what you've done to me?" It's only calculated to hurt and I wish I knew how to just overlook it....

I haven't gotten the look that brings me to tears, but my mom seems to go back and forth too. She can appreciate the artwork as a whole, but just doesn't seem to like that I've chosen to display this work on my body. Either way she recognizes that it's my decision and that I can easily hide them if I choose, and has even helped me clean/bandage them.

I'm glad to hear that you liked it! I'll offer advice if it comes up, but a lot of times I think people have to come to their knowledge themselves... my sister's probably overloaded with opinions as it is

And, yes, I wouldn't have changed my communist-objectivist- next-thing-on-the-list teenagerhood for anything. I've got lots of background information to show for it

That sucks. My mom says that she understands that my body is my temple full of canvases but why do I have to paint on them all...Im like whatever...in the same breath she wants me to take her to get one, and then she makes these jokes about them that kind of hurt...but my circle of friends loves them, my daughter thinks they're full of life and expression, and my partners have been iffy about them...bottom line I love each and every one of them...
