Since y'all are so curious and I haven't used it in a million years I pulled it out of the drawer. It feels warmer to the touch than ceramic. So its not as cold. It doesn't feel cold if you insert it without pre-warming it first. So it seems that its more like wood temperature-wise and between ceramic and metal weight-wise.
