I've heard a few mentions of "milestone assignments"? Is this a special assignment that you get for your 100th review? Or is it just referring to whatever your 100th assignment happened to be?

I'm clueless. Can someone fill me in? Thank youuu!

Yes, it is a special assignment you get for your 100th and 200th review. Kind of like a reward for doing so much work! Anything up to $150, but like all assignments it has to be approved by Admin.

I've no idea. I'll keep alert for an answer though. I'm not in a hurry to make it to 100. I'm SLOW lately and I know if I go gettin' in a hurry, my reviews will start lacking.

This.

Once you've written your 100th review (or whatever other milestone), you get to choose a product you'd like to review that has a value of up to $150. I know some people have asked if it's for your 100th review or once you've completed the 100th review and in my case, it was AFTER it was completed.

When you get close to the milestone, Stormy will contact you with more details and ask you to give her a list of a few products you'd be interested in reviewing for your milestone review. She then will submit the requests for approval.

I'm not 100% sure about this. Both of my milestone review choices (for 100th and 200th) have had less than 3 assigned reviews on them and they were approved. Typically the person who contacts you (right now it's Stormy but for my 100th milestone it was someone else) will ask you to give a list (like 3-5) of items that you'd be interested in reviewing. I assume this is in case your first choice is not approved.

I have been wondering this myself. Mama2007 posted about what to choose before she even got to the milestone and said she had gotten an email. I'm 3 away from 100 and haven't gotten an email or anything.

Maybe you do have to pass 100 to get the assignment...

You do have to complete the 100 and 200th review in order to get the assignment. Stormy will contact you when you are close to the milestone. Then you need to give a list of items. Because they have to be approved like any other assignment. I'm not sure if it's the less than 3 reviews or not, but I think there is something like this to it. Once you complete the review she will put up your milestone post and send in for your assignment. You'll get a message from Administration saying you have an assignment.

Stormy is on vacation right now. So those who have completed their milestone recently will have to wait until she gets back.

Hooray! Thanks for all the excellent answers, everyone. Now I'll be even more motivated to get to that 100th review...I can't believe it's taken me this long, haha! I never had it in mind as a goal until I started seeing so many other people hitting 100, 200, 300, plus! My competitive side is starting to kick in...LOL!

you message Stormy i think it is when you're around 97 reviews and she asks you to send her your #1 product you'd like to review for 101th assignment and once u write 100 reviews, you'll review that "milestone" assignment for that 101th. i messaged her

Beck is all over this!

Stormy keeps an eye out for people getting close to 100/200 and contacts them. She'll ask you some questions and for a list of a couple products you'd like to review (up to $150). Given that few products over $75 more than a review or two on them, the 3 cap limit isn't usually an issue.

Given that Stormy is on vaca for until Monday morning, it probably won't happen tomorrow.

I wonder if there is still a big milestone assignment..?

I've passed my milestone, but never received any e-mail. *Shrug* Not a huge deal, especially as I won't be able to do the assignment for another few weeks since I'm leaving the country in a week.

Yes there is, Stormy was on vacation last week so I am guessing she is playing catch up.

Ok, so here's the deal!

Milestones are not scanned for on a daily basis. They are scanned on a weekly basis. We have a lot of contributors racing toward 100 these days. I haven't perfected this part of my duties, but with your help I think I can nail this down and you all won't have to wonder about what's going on anymore. Ready?

Thursdays - I scan contributor records for people approaching their milestone marks.

Fridays - Emails go out asking questions on how your review experience has been. You will have the entire weekend to answer and to pick out your milestone assignments - up to 3 items valued at $150. Lingerie is not included. Have this emailed to me by Monday morning. (stormy@edenfantasys.c om)

Mondays - Threads will go up congratulating you on your achievement.

If you have any questions, feel free to email me at the address above.

Please note that milestone assignments are approved by executive staff members and there may be a delay in response, please be patient. Thank you!

My first was the Liberator and that obviously has and did have well over 3 reviews. But I hit that milestone years ago. My second was the Cone which is also not one that had less than 3.

Okay, thanks for explaining! I certainly wasn't complaining about the wait; just trying to figure out what's going on. I can wait a few days for the e-mail, certainly.

Though... as I'll be out of the country on vacation, I won't be able to have my assignment shipped to me for another 2 to 3 weeks. Hopefully that won't be an issue.

Oh, I didn't realize you were going out of town. I'm sorry. But, it'll probably work out better that way anyway because the same rules apply to how long you have to complete the review. And I wasn't thinking you were complaining, I just feel like the ball was slipping from my hands and I don't want to let you guys down.

Man,now i can't wait until i reach that many assignments! I'm still a rookie compared to so many awesome contributors! When i get to that milestone,i'll definitely be asking for something that i've been wanting for years!
