I've had that problem with a lot of the stories in general. Like, I really like how almost all of them were written, but not all of them have turned me on either. The last vampire erotica story I read was like that. Like, I would have easily read longer versions of each story because I liked reading them and they were written well, but I didn't get turned on by any of them really.

Oh. Dreamlover sounds like I might like it. But I don't think I'd get into the lesbian vampire tales. I like the occasional woman in real life(or did before I was married), but I've never read a lesbian sex scene that turned me on.

A couple of the stories in that book seemed to take 'Victorianism' a little too far---I think that second one was one of them. Like they just got caught up in using period words, and didn't have time to get really sexual.

Despite a couple of slow ones, there were some really really hot ones (imo, anyway)---so keep reading!

As long as I enjoy reading them, I won't be disappointed if they don't turn me on. But if they are neither entertaining nor hot, then what's the point?
