Sometimes I really want to see a close up of the fast and furious action. In the last scene of The Interns Ruth has her fingers inside Julia and is the camera angle is from the side of Julia and looking toward Ruth. Reverse cowgirl is one of my least favorite positions to watch in porn because of the reason you described. And usually I can't see much of the guy in that position, either. It usually becomes all focused on the girl or a shot of her from behind, and...ehh, it doesn't appeal to me as much as other positions.
