Yeah, this position is a great offender in the disembodied cock syndrome, where the camera completely loses track of the male talent except for his cock.

But I think it's a fun position when used sparingly, especially if it fits the characters in the scene and their situation in the plot. (which is obviously not going to be most scenes)
