Hello there, and welcome to our fourth month long Reviewers Spotlight! How this is going to work is that you have all month long to ask our wonderful reviewers questions. They'll answer when they can, and you can keep asking until the end of the month!

This month's spotlight features Destri. She recently celebrated her 5 year anniversary as a member of Edenfantasys in March and we're so glad to have her with us. Let's find out more about her, shall we?

Destri's biography:


Hi, I'm Destri. I have been doing reviews on Eden Fantasys since 2007! Back then there were very few reviewers and not that many toys to choose from! I have really enjoyed watching the site grow into what it is today, and still feel that EF is the best sex toy site on the Internet!

I am married to the love of my life, we are headed into our 10th year together. I have two grown sons and two grandsons. Over the years I have worn many hats, including owning a gift shop, having a website design business, doing life coaching and women's empowerment classes and ghostwriting articles for various websites. I really love writing, and that is where my focus lies these days.

Thanks! To be honest, I am not a fan of either rabbits or bullets! Sounds crazy, I know, but that is just me. So sorry, no faves!

The growth of EF has impacted my reviewing because it has gotten harder to find free assignments to review. And that is what I miss about the site when it was smaller as well. In the old days, there were very few reviewers and it was easy to find awesome toys to review. Now, I sometimes go as long as 2 months between reviews because I can't find anything to get.

Having said that, the best part of the growth is the forum! I love all the clubs (especially the lit club, shout out to Airen!) and the interesting threads that are constantly popping up. So many interesting people discussing interesting things.

Oh yes, they had a romantic, candle lit dinner! Kermit had gourmet flies and Miss P had French slop...

I am doing fairly well, thanks for asking. I have pretty much recuperated from the heart attack, but things are a but stressful around here.

Nice to meet you too, Sangsara! It really is a matter of personal opinion as to whether one should start their own blog or stay here. I have toyed with the idea of starting a blog for some time now, but as you say, we only have so much time, so I end up staying here.

The advantage to having your own blog is that you can touch people that are not here on EF or who maybe have never even heard of this site. That is what lures me to the idea. But here, you know you are interacting with like-minded people. So I guess I just don't know...

I have been a 'member' of the porn club for a couple of years now, and about 6 months ago or so, I joined the Eden Lit Club, which I just love! Airen always makes that so enjoyable and so educational, it is just a joy.

Other than that, I just sort of drop in on other clubs to see what is new.

Congrats on 10 years of marriage! My wife and I just celebrated our 10th year of marriage.

So that leads me to two questions. What would you say are some of the keys to your marriage and how long were you together before tying the knot?

I don't know why, but this question just popped into my mind...

Think of all of the "fast" foods you like from restaurants to drive-thrus. If you could put them all under one roof, which dishes would you take from each to form your own buffet?

Back in the day, this was my favorite: link but they don't carry it anymore. Broke my heart when it finally died.

I have had about 85 toys that I have either reviewed here or just gotten. I don't have them all now, but I still have most of them!

Congrats to you on 10 years! And interesting questions...

Keys would be communication first and foremost. We can, and do talk about anything and everything. Next would be patience. No one is always going to be easy to live with 100% of the time, and we try to concentrate on not flying off the handle or getting mad at one another. We rarely ever fight. If we do, then we settle it as soon as possible. We never go to bed mad.

Actually, we only knew each other about 4 months before we moved in together. We had a very short but very intense relationship on the Internet. We just decided we couldn't live without one another quickly and he moved to be with me. And 10 years later, it is still wonderful every day.

Wow, Stormy, you do ask the most interesting questions!

I love ultimate cheeseburgers from Jack in the Box, Blu cheese burgers from Village Inn and apple pancakes from Ihop. We don't eat fast food much, so this is about it. But, if I could get all of those in one place, I would move in!

Oh I know, I'm like if I could have the fries from Checkers, the burgers from White Castle...my list is fairly long.

So, what's goin on for ya when summer ends?

Tim I am torn between a classic Rolls Royce Silver Ghost from the 1920's, black of course, and a Chevy Volt! Odd combination, I know. I want a
Chevy Volt sooo badly! It would be copper. As for the vanity plates, Mouse 1 would do.

Actually, we are going to be moving in a couple of weeks, and those are the only big plans we have. Summer is brutal around here, so when summer ends, we just sit outside and appreciate the cooler weather.

Ah, the Silver Ghost! What a fine automobile, classic lines and a big motor too! I like the styling of the Volt too.

Summers are pretty brutal everywhere these days. I feel so bad for people who don't have central air right now.
