How do you register a PicoBong product and see more warranty info?

My Zizo is deformed! My boyfriend and I went on vacation and when we came back we found the silicone on the toy bubbled up near the buttons

I'm trying to register it on PicoBong.com to see the warranty information, but I can't figure out how to do it.

I found this information on their FYI / Warranty page:

If you experience any problems with your toy, have any questions regarding its operation or believe you are eligible for a warranty claim, please contact customercare (at) picobong (dot) com

I think your best bet is to email them. OR click on the "Contact Us" tab on the FYI page, and send in an inquiry that way.

Hope that helps!

Thanks, I just recently e-mailed them. The paper that came with the product made it sound like there should be a link or something on the site to register it easily, I guess not!

You would think there would be - whenever I've registered toys in the past it's always through the website. (Even with Lelo toys!) That does seem confusing to me too. Hopefully you'll get a helpful reply from them, and be able to get it taken care of.
