I've never heard of masturbating to combat the effects of a hangover. Anymore, I tend to do it as a way to relax or tire myself out before bed. If I tried masturbating first thing on a Monday morning, I'd probably zap my energy for the day.

I personally have not drank. But I have seen friends hungover and I don't think I would have the energy to if I was.
