I say Adam first. The product page has the Adam at 5 1/4" around, which is slightly smaller than the Cush's 5 1/2".
Speaking from personal experience, I own the Cush and my eyes were waay bigger than my vagina. It's head is quite cushy (), but its shaft is so thick that the outer layer seems miniscule given the girth of the firmer core that supports it. I assume the Adam is similar to my Mark, which has a thicker squishy layer. That being said, if you're just going for that deliciously full feeling with a side of dual-density silicone, I bet the Cush delivers!

I prefer the Adam because it has a nice G-spotting curve and I don't like big ridges like the ones on the Cush.
