Aspartame vs. sucralose

I've heard that Wet is switching their flavours over from aspartame to sucralose. Any idea when this'll be happening, and if/when EF will be carrying these new (much tastier) versions of the flavours?

Sorry, I'm not high enough up the food chain to get those memos. When I see them up, I'll change my review.

Oh, no need! Your review information is correct for the product you wrote on, I don't believe they've done the switch yet.

I'm not sure either - but I have a question. Can women get problems from using products that contain sugar?

How about NIETHER.

Aspartame has roused controversy as we all know, though I feel its hit and miss. It does not cause cancer, but some are convinced it is a neurotoxic substance responsible for Lupus, MS and psychological disorders.

Sucralose is just awful considering it was originally intended to be used as a pesticide. It in fact not natural at all, despite their efforts to convince you that it is because its made from sugar, which is true-but it is also made with Chlorine. I don't care how long its been used in Canada. It may also possibly be harmul to the digestive system of a developing fetus. Personally, it made me sick to my stomach and always tasted like a dissolvable pill medicines. But I do know people who have a major thing for it. I'm just not one of those people.

YES, sugar is not wise as it will disrupt the delicate balance in lady parts and can cause nasty yeast infections.

I'd like to see lubes go a little healthier and consider Stevia sweeteners. It is natural, doesn't take much to sweeten and contains nothing that would disrupt balance in lady parts.

I don't mean to rant. I am glad someone else besides myself has thought about this.
Anyone else share my feelings about Stevia?

Stevia lubes would be amazing - anything closest to natural does it for me

They're both toxic. I don't mind a little glycerin as sweetener in lickable lubricant since I don't seem to be sensitive to it (thankfully!)

Aspartame definitely causes migraine. Took me a while to figure it out. I can not even chew gum with it in. It is bad news. If a person is allergic to it or has problems it would not do to ingest it. Sucralose I understand it is also artificial and does cause problems in some but is sweeter than aspartame. Most artificial sweeteners are addictive. That being the biggest reason they use them in some of our food. A person will ingest more of a food item containing them than they will sugar. So in my mind it is debatable if they would cause a person to loose weight as they try to imply. Many foreign countries have banned the use of aspartame. Stevia tries to say it is made from sugar but the sugar industry says it is not, so who do we believe. I wonder if down the road a piece we discover that stevia is also dangerous to ingest.

Yes sugar in the vagina will cause yeast infections but fake sugar is hard to tell.
