It worked fine for a while and then one day it stopped charging. I'm unsure if it's the cord or the charging port. Has anyone had any issue with this, or do I need to return it??

I had issues with it when I first bought it - issues charging and the functions not working properly - and turning off mid vibration for no reason.

It was within the return period, so I was able to exchange it. But, since yours was defective, you may still be able to get it replaced. I would certainly write them and try!

I've just received mine and tried to turn it on, but it didn't work. I've plugged the charger but I don't know how to make it work. Does any light turn on??? I'm worried because I live abroad and having it changed would be an issue.

As I posted in the "How long do your Vibrators last" thread, our stopped working after 3 months. Not sure if it is a not charging or won't hold a charge issue. I sent in a customer service ticket. The reply was no can do if after 30 days. I'm currently trying to open it and try to replace the battery. If I'm able to repair it I will pm you.

I wish they would remove the Hitachi Style Wand on the title. There is no make on it not even" Eden." Also wished there was a charged indicator as you mentioned.
