Did this happen recently? I'm thinking what may of happened for mine is someone had it incorrectly positioned in the warehouse. The ankle cuffs said out of stock, the wrist cuffs said in stock (at time of order)... so maybe someone had stuck the ankle cuffs in the wrist cuffs spot. I didn't even notice myself at first! I hope I can work something out with them where I can keep these ones (I wanted to order them anyway!) and place a new order for the wrist cuffs (But I actually want the wrist ones this time!)
I hope you can get the correct size! It's kind of disappointing because you wait all week to get your package, and you get excited. Monday needs to hurry up!!!!
At least the restraint system I bought has some cuffs we can use until this is sorted.
