This has only happened to me once over the course of many, many orders. My entire order was correct except for 1 item. I opened a support ticket, and immediate arrangements were made for me to send the item back at no charge. They are going to send me the correct item, but it hasn't been in stock for a couple of months, so I'm still waiting.

No, I have always had correct orders. I am very impressed at the speed and accuracy of the ordering and shipping.

Out of all of my orders I've only ever had that happen once. I got a pair of stockings instead of a condom case. Put in a support ticket and got it taken care of. I offered to send back the stockings, and they told me to keep them. I second JR though, if you ever get a wrong item, go ahead and put in a ticket.

This happened to me once. I ordered the Pink Swirl but got another Pink Passion Wand. I ended up just swapping the Pink Passion for something else.

I've placed 33 orders in just over a year of being here and NEVER received a wrong item. My orders have always been perfect..... apart from a faulty toy.
