I just had someone purchase the Aslan Luxe White Jaguar Harness for me off of my gift registry when it was out of stock. It was back in stock before my order shipped but it's still sitting there on backorder!

I submitted a support ticket yesterday before everything else shipped and I still haven't heard anything back. I even called and was on hold for a while and forwarded to voicemail. Where is everyone? Haha!

Anyone know what's up with this or how long it takes for a backordered item to be pulled for orders? I'm a little miffed because I was hoping to have it before the weekend, but there's only about 40 minutes left till the shipping cut off.

Technically I could order one right now and have it tomorrow but the other one probably wouldn't be here till the end of next week, if that.
