It seems alot of products I decide I want are out of stock. In general, does it last long?

I asked about a free gift I had ordered that was out of stock and was told from that place they only get 2 shipments a year as they come from China. Said possibly a couple months.

It depends on the item; some super popular items are restocked nearly constantly, some special order items take a little longer. In order to get a better ETA on the items that you've been waiting on, I recommend submitting a support ticket inquiring!

You can also send an email or on-site message to JR. Either way, it's the best way.

Generally, EF gets new shipments every day. If a toy is on back order for a while, it's usually something on the manufacturer's end.
